Description
Genuine OEM 201.6V nickel-metal hydride traction battery for the third-generation Toyota Prius, ZVW30 chassis. Every pack is fully discharged, capacity tested module by module, rebalanced, and reassembled with cleaned bus bars and fresh terminal hardware before it ships.
The classic Gen-3 failure mode is not a dead pack – it is one weak module dragging the string down, which throws a P0A80 and puts the car into a limp state. A tested, balanced pack restores full EV assist and typically returns combined economy to the 45-51 mpg range.

What’s included
Complete battery pack assembly with battery ECU, bus bars, and service plug. Cooling fan, ducting, and mounting hardware are not included – transfer them from your original pack.
Core deposit
A refundable core deposit of $500 is charged at checkout and refunded in full when your original pack is returned to us within 30 days, complete and undamaged, in the crate this one ships in.
Warranty
12-month unlimited-mileage warranty on the pack, from date of delivery. Extended terms up to 60 months are available – contact us for pricing.
Shipping and handling
High-voltage traction packs ship freight on a pallet, Class 9 handling, signature required. We ship to commercial addresses and licensed repair facilities only. No international shipping.
High-voltage safety
This is a high-voltage hybrid component. Removal and installation must be performed by a technician qualified in hybrid/EV service, using the correct isolation procedure and personal protective equipment.
